The Breeder must sign a declaration that the Sire
and Dam of all litters bred by them must hold a clear BVA/KC Eye
Certificate issued within the previous 12 months.

The Breeder/s must sign a
declaration that in respect of all litters bred by them, the
Sire and Dam, if domiciled in the U.K, hold a BVA/KC Hip Score
Certificate and the Sire and Dam, if domiciled overseas, hold
the relevant country’s Hip Score Certification. Copies of the
Certificate must be produced on request.

The Breeder must be prepared to assist in
rehousing dogs which they have bred when requested to do so.

The Breeder/s must not breed
puppies on a commercial scale, i.e. more than five litters a
year.

The Breeder/s are expected to
adhere to the Tibetan Terrier Association’s Code of Ethics
The TTA
have accepted these voluntary registrations in good faith and cannot
be held responsible
for
the conduct of individuals on the Register or puppies bought through
it.
