  EXTRACT FROM TTA RULES AND REGULATIONS
   

Proposer must sign before returning to the Membership Secretary.

Under the data Protection Act (1984), I have to inform the Members that their names and addresses
are on computer file and are only used for the circulation of club material and compiling membership lists.
If there is any individual objection please inform the Secretary.
Please check your details on the computer print out available at the AGM.
   
Extract from the rules of the Tibetan Terrier Association:
   
  Rule 2. Objectives
The objectives of the Association shall be to encourage the responsible breeding, exhibition
and improvement of the Tibetan Terrier and to do all in its power to protect and advance
  the interests of the breed.
   
  Rule 3. Membership
(a) Membership shall be unlimited and open to all, subject to election by majority vote
     of the Committee and payment of the Annual Subscription.
   
  (b) Classes of membership shall be:
i. Single membership
ii. Joint Members who may be any number of persons, including the husband, wife or children
    of a single member, joint holders of a registered affix or partnership residing at one address.
    All such adult joint members shall be entitled to vote at Club proceedings,
    but shall not be sent individual copies of notices, magazines, etc.
iii. Junior Members who are under 16 years of age and who shall be ineligible to vote.
    (Must accompany an adult membership at the same address).
iv. Life Members
v. Honorary Members
vi. Overseas Members who may be in any of the above classes,
     who are resident outside the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
     and who shall be ineligible to vote. Expatriate members shall have full voting rights.
(c) Candidates for membership shall be proposed by one member and seconded by another
      on a Proposal Form on which Rules 2 & 3 of the Association are printed.
   
(d) Membership shall begin on the date of election by the Committee
   
(e) Immediately following election each member shall receive a copy of the Breed Standard and a copy
        of these rules which shall be binding on him and acceptance of which is a condition of membership
   
  (f) Names and Addresses of members shall be kept by the Hon. Secretary.
      The membership list shall be open to inspection by members of the Association
       and the Kennel Club on request at any reasonable time.
